Since 1st July 1998 Geofizyka Toruń is a limited liability company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Polish Oil and Gas Company (POGC). The authorities of Geofizyka Toruń are: The Management Board, The Supervisory Board and The Ensemble of Partners. The Management Board consists of the President and three Vice-Presidents. All members of The Management Board have also functions of the Company Directors.
