 Geofizyka Toruń (GT) has conducted onshore and transition zone seismic field operations worldwide since 1966. The operations are focused on prospecting oil, natural gas and geothermal deposits as well as underground storages for natural gas and CO2. The Company can secure all aspects of the operations from project design to data quality control and in-field processing, in particular:
Every phase of field operations is handled according to site specific work procedures, to meet project objectives and maintain the lowest possible environmental impact.
For more than four decades the Company has demonstrated high performance in all onshore environments, including:

- Highlands & Mountainous Areas
- Urban & Environmentally Protected Areas
For each environment, there are specific QHSE procedures elaborated on the guidelines of International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (OGP) and International Association of Geophysical Contractors (IAGC). Moreover, the Company's high seismic data channel capacity, with leading-edge technology including environmentally specific operating procedures and experienced staff, assure great efficiency and quality of service in all kinds of terrain.
GT operates a wide variety of seismic equipment, including the latest types of Sercel and IVI buggy-mounted vibrators, dedicated drilling equipment, and the latest Sercel and Input /Output recording systems, with sufficient number of seismic data channels, suitable every type of survey. Whatever the requirements, GT crews demonstrate tremendous flexibility, readiness and enthusiasm for optimum production.
GT employees responsible for onshore seismic operations, range from geophysicists, geologists, electronic engineers, surveyors, computer specialists to land access permit officers. Operating across the globe, they have learnt how to approach and understand cultural diversity and respect their values. The relations based on mutual trust and high level of respect; significantly influence meeting clients' geophysical and operational objectives.
GT onshore operations are conducted to the highest industry HSE standards and have recorded in recent years, historic low number of Lost Time Incidents (LTIs) and a decreasing LTIF tendency. Effective HSE Management System updates and focus on the latest developments contributed significantly to achieving numerous zero LTI per survey records.
The expertise in providing services in areas where rigid natural environment protection regulations apply, has helped to make GT's impact on the environment minimal or temporary. For years the Company has been known for its contribution to development of low impact geophysical techniques and takes active role in their promotion worldwide.
