Seismic Data Interpretation

|
Geofizyka Toruń (GT) provides integrated seismic data interpretation services since 1966 and has earned reputation for unique approach to advanced 2D, 3D and multicomponent (3C) seismic data interpretation challenges.
Interpretation services range from regional scale of frontier areas to detailed, prospect scale studies and cover:
- Integrated studies of 2D, 3D and Multicomponent (3C) seismic projects including the structural and depositional history,
- Palaeogeographic analyses and regional basin evaluation based on combined 2D and 3D projects,
- Sequence stratigraphic analyses and integrated interpretation of seismic, well log and core data, seismic facies definition and depositional environment interpretation,
- Seismic inversion, AVO and other attribute studies,
- Training, consulting and Landmark Interpretation System support.
GT geologists and geophysicists integrate expert interpretation with well logs and seismic data in order to build high resolution descriptions of the subsurface that reduce exploration and development risks, and maximize client's investment.
Integrated geophysical and geological interpretation is the ultimate solution to clients' exploration and development challenges. Strong emphasis is placed at GT on the integration of all regional and local geological information, through the use of well logs, geologic mapping and modelling.
Structural and stratigraphic interpretation of seismic data is supplemented with seismic inversion and AVO analysis for better understanding of rock properties.
The interpretation unit employs a team of geophysicists, geologists focused on making data fully understood. The staff are able to apply their experience and integrate skills to help address the areas of risk and uncertainty and assess drilling prospects. The team is backed up by sophisticated interpretation technology including Landmark, Hampson-Russell, VSFusion and SMT which are supplemented by proprietary products.
The Company interprets land, marine, transition zone, vertical seismic profiling (VSP), 2D, 3D and multicomponent (3C) data from major basins in Europe and India. The expertise of GT's interpretation team is reflected especially in highly heterogeneous carbonate rocks.
