Before start-up of a project, a training matrix that includes the training status of all geophysical crewmembers is to be drawn up.
In the range of new admitted employees training includes: rules of safety regulations, post instructions, machines operating and devices/installation servicing as well as instruction on the post. Employee is instructed with safety rules on-the-job operation.
Instruction system is adapted for various organisational units of Geofizyka Toruń.
For team leaders and division/department managers subjects of instruction concern: the Company's HSE system, main tasks, technical audits, emergency evacuation procedures, fire safety, reasons of fire creation and fire fighting methods - training code according to IAGC MM1A, MM2, MM3, FMM2.
For supervisors and safety regulations advisers instruction concerns: dangerous events, supervisor's audits, emergency procedures in case of dangerous events (managers), technical audits - training code according to IAGC MAM3, MAM1, MAM2.
For all staff training covers: introduction to seismic group problems, personal health and hygiene, problems of personal protection equipment (PPE) and safe vehicles driving in the field. It also includes prevention against dangerous events, fire safety, reasons of fire creation as well as fire fighting methods and first aid in case of accident - training code according to IAGC AM1, AM3, AM9, AM10, AM14, AM15, AM4.
For drivers of vehicles - according to IAGC - instruction concerns: safe vehicles driving in the field, fire safety, reasons of fire creation and fire fighting methods - training code according to IAGC AM10, AM15.
