Tomasz Wilk
President & CEOTomasz Wilk graduated in financial management from the Faculty of Economics and Management at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He also completed postgraduate studies in finance and management, as well as numerous professional training courses.
READ MORETomasz Wilk has many years of professional experience gained at Geofizyka Toruń S.A., where he has been employed since 1998. Progressing through a number of managerial positions, he has consistently developed his skills in the areas of management, finance and international operations.
He graduated in financial management from the Faculty of Economics and Management at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. In 2012, he obtained an MBA degree as part of a programme run by the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development in cooperation with IAE Aix-en-Provence (France).
He gained international experience as Country Manager in India (2005) and Branch Director in Colombia (since 2014). From October 2012, he served as Deputy Commercial Director, and in January 2018, he took up the position of Economic Director, where he was responsible for the Company’s strategy, bidding, sales and controlling, as well as business development and supervision of foreign operations.
Since 1 January 2026, he has been President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of Geofizyka Toruń S.A.
Tomasz Stankiewicz
Vice President & COOTomasz Stankiewicz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. In addition, he completed postgraduate studies in project management and numerous professional training courses.

Joined GT in 2007, initially in the Department of Contracts at the position of contracts engineer. During his career at GT he had deepened his work experience by managing GT’s Offices in India, Syria and Egypt as Country Manager.
In 2011, he was appointed Head of the Contracts Department, and in 2012, he took on the role of Head of the Contracts and Sales Department. From September 2016, he served as Deputy Director for Seismic Data Acquisition. In 2024, he was appointed Director of Seismic and Engineering Operations.
On January 1, 2026, he was appointed Vice President & Chief Operating Officer.

Błażej Świątkiewicz
Proxy & CFOHe is a graduate of the Agricultural and Technical Academy in Olsztyn. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (Faculty of Economics and Management).

He started working at GT in 2005 as a Financial Advisor. In 2007 he was entrusted with the function of the Head of the Export Financing Department and in 2015 the Head of the Financial Department. From 2018, he also serves as a Proxy. In 2019 he was appointed to the position of Financial Director – Chief Accountant.
Wojciech Chyl

Wojciech Chyl joined GT in 1994 and advanced his career through all managing positions at Well Logging and Perforation Department. He worked as Engineer Operator, Chief Logging Engineer and Manager of Well Logging and Perforating Department.
In 2007 he became Vice Director, Head of Wireline Services & Formation Evaluation and in 2025 Director, Head of Wireline Services & Formation Evaluation. Wojciech Chyl is an expert at logging and perforating technology as well as worldwide operations management.
