Piotr Antonik
President & CEOPiotr Antonik graduated from the Faculty of Electronics of Wroclaw Institute of Technology. He completed post graduate programme in finance and management as well as various courses in Poland and abroad.

Mr. Antonik joined Geofizyka Toruń in 1982 as electronic engineer and gained experience holding various domestic and international positions. In the years 1993 to 2005 he worked in Tokyo on managing positions in Japanese companies from the oil and gas exploration industry.
In 2005 Mr. Antonik rejoined Geofizyka Toruń as Chief Controller. In 2007 he took the position of Vice Director of Marketing and Contracts and since 2008 he served as Director & CCO. In December 2008 he joined the Managing Board as Vice President & CCO.
Since June 2015 Mr. Antonik has been appointed President of the Managing Board & CEO.
Jerzy Trela
Senior Vice President & COOHe graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow (Faculty of Exploration Geology, specialty – oil and natural gas exploration) and postgraduate studies in: Exploration Geophysics (AGH), Management (SGH) and Controlling in Enterprise Management (UG). He participated in many trainings, workshops and conferences in Poland and abroad, both in the field of geophysical prospecting and business management.

He participated in numerous trainings, workshops and conferences in Poland and abroad, both in the field of geophysical prospecting and business management.
He has been working in Geofizyka Toruń since 1982, passing all levels of his professional career in the field of geophysical prospecting and business management. He has extensive competences and experience, both in geophysics and business, also on the international arena. Being for many years a member of the top management and the Management Board of the Company, he has an unquestionable share in building its current market position. He has worked in Poland and abroad on the following positions: Seismologist, Seismic Group Manager, Seismic Data Processing Engineer, Marketing Department Manager, Deputy Director for Marketing and Sales and Vice President of the Management Board for Employees and Economic Affairs. Since 2008, he has been the Senior Vice-President of the Management Board, COO and Director of Geophysics. Since 2015 he has also been also the Mining Plant Operations Manager. He has the powers to perform, supervise and manage geological works of category IX, the confirmed qualifications of the mining plant operations manager and the powers to sit on supervisory boards. He has a mining degree – General Mining Director of the 1st degree.
Michał Nowacki
Member of The Board, Director for QHSE & OffshoreHe is a graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (Faculty of Law and Administration). He completed legal adviser training (District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Bydgoszcz).

Member of the Self-Government Appeal Board in Bydgoszcz and lecturer at the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Higher School in Bydgoszcz. He served as a legal advisor at the Office of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivode. He conducted business activities providing legal assistance to businesses, local government institutions, and individuals. He served on the supervisory boards of municipal companies and held the position of CEO in one of them. Legal advisor at Inowrocław Salt Mines SOLINO S.A. (ORLEN Group). He holds the mining degree of Mine Director.

Proxy & CFOHe is a graduate of the Agricultural and Technical Academy in Olsztyn. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (Faculty of Economics and Management).

He started working at GT in 2005 as a Financial Advisor. In 2007 he was entrusted with the function of the Head of the Export Financing Department and in 2015 the Head of the Financial Department. From 2018, he also serves as a Proxy. In 2019 he was appointed to the position of Financial Director – Chief Accountant.
Tomasz Wilk
Director, CCOGraduated from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management. Joint GT in 1998, worked initially in the Department of International Operations and then was assigned to the Seismic Data Acquisition Department as Economic Analysis Specialist.

In 2010 promoted to Vice Director, Contracts & Sales.
From October 2012, Tomasz Wilk holded the position of Head of Commercial & Business Development. As on January 2018, he was promoted to Director, CCO.

Director of Seismic Oparations and EngineeringHe is a graduate of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun (Faculty of Law and Administration). He also completed postgraduate studies at SGH – Project Management. Have obtained EMBA title at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. Joined GT in 2007, initially in the Department of Contracts at the position of contracts engineer.

Since September 2016, Tomasz Stankiewicz has been holding the position of Head of Seismic Data Acquisition. In 2024 r. he was promoted to Director of Seismic Oparations and Engineering.
Wojciech Chyl

Wojciech Chyl joined GT in 1994 and advanced his career through all managing positions at Well Logging and Perforation Department. He worked as Engineer Operator, Chief Logging Engineer and Manager of Well Logging and Perforating Department.
In 2007 he became Vice Director, Head of Wireline Services & Formation Evaluation. Wojciech Chyl is an expert at logging and perforating technology as well as worldwide operations management.
